The offer refers to changing of enzyme adding scheme. In comparison with the scheme being operatedby the enterprise, according to which enzymes are partially added into the mash mixer and directlyadded into HDFT unit of the 1st stage, the WHOLE amount of enzymes is suggested to be added intothe water for mash preparation before treatment by the homogenizer/dismembrator.

Besides, the complex enzyme “Viskostar” is suggested to be used, which is, based on operatingexperience of ethanol enterprises in Ukraine, enables to dissolve mash and to work with wash ofhigher strength (10 … 12abv%).

Beyond that, the suggested scheme of enzyme dosing allows REFUSING from mash acidification bysulfuric acid and reducing operation cost of biomass desulfurization unit after anaerobic fermentation.Measures’ implementation DOES NOT require additional capital and operating investments.
