The scheme of CONSTANT dosing of “FRIKONT” antiseptics into the wash is offered to be realized formash contamination control; 1g of antiseptics is proposed to be added per 1m3 of mash.

The implementation of this measure requires development of engineering design documentation forAUTOMATIC dosing system of antiseptics. Equipment and installation costs of such system are takenbased on the similar project data.

Measure operation demands operating investments for antiseptics purchase. Measure implementationresulting economic benefit lies in reduce of steam consumption for process needs.
