SBE-5.0 drum dryer with a PTP-6.5K burner for drying production waste, with an input capacity of up to 4.5 tonnes per hour

Drum dryer SBE-5.0 with burner PTP-6.5K for drying production waste with input moisture of raw materials not more than 65-70% and temperature not lower than 15°C - input productivity not more than 4.5 t/h. With raw materials with input moisture not more than 75-77% and temperature not lower than 5°C - input productivity not more than 3.5 t/h. Output product moisture 10-12%. The three-pass drum dryer is reliable and guarantees ease of operation and maintenance along with high productivity. The drum dryer is equipped with a heat generator with a moving grate with a capacity of 5 MW, which operates on dry cake, fuel pellets or wood chips (humidity up to 15%). Fuel supply is carried out in automatic mode. The drum is rotated by two frequency-controlled motors to regulate the speed of the raw material. At the outlet, two cyclones are installed to remove dry product (first cyclone) and dust (second cyclone) and a smoke exhauster to remove flue gases. Dry product and dust are discharged by two screws from each cyclone. The solid fuel burner PTP-6.5K consists of a combustion chamber, an ash removal system, and a fuel hopper. The thermal insulation of the solid fuel burner PTP-6.5K is made of fireclay material that is resistant to combustion and pyrolysis gases with a high content of organic acids and potassium and calcium compounds. The outer metal casing is made of two-frame with an air channel for cooling the solid fuel burner PTP-6.5K and preheating the secondary air supplied to the combustion chamber and passing through the channels from bottom to top. Fuel is supplied from the bunker using two screw conveyors, which are controlled by a frequency regulator, which allows you to automate the power control process (manual operation mode is also provided).
