The boiler room survey includes: documentary survey, analysis of technological schemes and regime maps, analysis of contracts and contractual terms, collection of initial information on fuel consumption over the past 2 years, visual and instrumental inspection of boilers, flue gas analysis to determine boiler efficiency, current measurements on electric motors, thermal imaging inspection of boiler lining and boiler house building.
The survey of the heat network includes: thermal imaging examination, measurements of the thickness of thermal insulation.
Based on the results of the energy and technological survey of the boiler house and heat network, a technical report can be developed, which presents: the results of the survey, calculations of the efficiency of boilers and heat network, a list of identified defects and proposals for their elimination, cost-cutting measures, modernization of boilers - transfer to the hot water regime, a plan for modernization of the heat network.
