Fermentase L is a concentrated, liquid gluco-amylase [EC3.2.1.3] obtained by the latest technology of fermentation of the mushroom strain. It is currently the most active glucoamylase developed by Suntaq, which is at least 10% more active than other glucamylases on the market. Fermentase L is distinguished by additional activities of other amylases (especially alpha-amylase). The product is designed for fast and efficient fermentation of ethanol, which provides a shorter fermentation time and higher yield of
bioethanol.

STORAGE CONDITIONS AND DURATION
Fermentase L should be stored in a cool and dry place. Fermentase L retains 100% activity for 12 months when stored in the original unopened packaging and at a temperature of 4°C-8°C. When stored at room temperature up to 25℃, the enzyme activity is maintained up to 90% for 12 months from the production date.
Fermentase L is manufactured in accordance with the quality system controlled by ISO9001: 2008 and ISO22000. Fermentase L meets the requirements of JECFA and FC. C
