SQzyme FAL is a liquid, concentrated, mesophilic endo-alpha-amylase [EC3.2.1.] obtained by natural fermentation of the mushroom strain Aspergillus oryzae. SQzyme FAL-rapidly hydrolyzes the internal 1,4-D-glycosidic bonds of amylose and amylopectins to form maltose, maltotriose, glucose and other oligosaccharides. SQzyme FAL is widely used for liquefying starch wort to soluble dextrins and small amounts of maltose and glucose in the production of alcohol.
STORAGE CONDITIONS AND DURATION
SQzyme FAL should store in dry and a cool place. SQzyme FAL it remains 100% active for 12 months when stored in the original unopened packaging and at a temperature of 4°C-8°C. When stored at room temperature up to 25℃, the enzyme activity is maintained up to 90% for 12 months from the production date.
