SQzyme PSL is a concentrated acidic protease obtained by natural fermentation of the mushroom strain Aspergillus niger. SQzyme PSL effectively hydrolyzes proteins at low pH values of the medium. It is used in the production of alcohol. The product improves the fermentation process and increases the alcohol yield. It provides amino acids to yeast, as it very effectively hydrolyzes grain proteins to amino acids, peptides and free nitrogen.
STORAGE CONDITIONS AND DURATION
SQzyme PSL should store in dry and a cool place. SQzyme PSL remains 100% active for 12 months when stored in the original unopened packaging and at a temperature of 4°C-8°C. When stored at room temperature up to 25°C, the enzyme activity remains up to 90% for 12 months from the production date.
