Pump for pumping high-temperature liquids EMSE EKY 32-125, 1.5 kW, 2900 with coupling on the frame, without motor

EMSE pumps of the EKY series are heat exchange pumps, which are often used in the processes of pumping high temperature liquids, hot oil 320°C, hot water, for heating bitumen, for woodworking plants. This is a centrifugal pump with one impeller, a casing with fins for cooling, and an electric motor connected to the casing by an elastic coupling. This offers advantages during dismantling. The pump is fitted with a mechanical seal made of materials resistant to high temperatures. The bearing system is designed to withstand the pumping of hot liquids. The parts are made of ductile iron and the bearings are made of steel as standard. The pump can be easily disassembled if the impeller, bearings or seals need to be replaced.
