QHB series chemical centrifugal self-priming pumps are made of materials (GFRPP or PVDF) that can withstand most acid and alkali solutions. QHB is a centrifugal pump with mechanical seal, direct drive by electric motor and self-priming function. (Self-priming height 5 m.) The pump has strong self-priming force and is equipped with a dry-running protection device. The liquid temperature that the pump can pump is up to 80°C for GFRPP, up to 100°C for PVDF material. The inlet flange and self-priming chamber are die-cast as a single unit, without any welding points and joints. The discharge flange and housing are also die-cast as a single unit without any welding seams, which increases the durability of the product and prevents leakage. The pump can pump liquids containing suspended particles. The electric motor is equipped with a microelectronic device for protection against idling, overload, and phase loss.
