The WN series dredging pumps are a new type of slurry pumps developed by Kingda with a variety of advanced software, the pumps can fully meet the needs of dredging and filling rivers, lakes and seas.
The design of the pumps in this series is simple. The dredging pump with a diameter of less than 500 mm adopts a horizontal structure with a single pump casing and a single-stage suction cantilever unit. According to the connection mode of the gearbox, two typical structures can be provided, that is, the stand-alone bracket type is combined with the pump box, the lubrication mode of the stand-alone bracket type is grease or oil lubrication, and the shaft sealing is realized by mechanical seal or mechanical seal and stuffing box composite seal.
This series of pumps has good cavitation performance, which ensures the powerful suction capacity of the pump, and can achieve greater excavation depth and higher air suction concentration at the same time; the impeller has a large channel width and powerful throughput; the steep decline of the performance curve makes the slurry pump more adaptable to the change of discharge distance; by changing the pump speed or changing the impeller diameter, a variety of pump performance distribution can be realized.
It is mainly used for trailer suction dredger and milling suction dredger. It is also used for river sand mining and mining vessels.
