The LOTUS MINI system produces, doses and controls chlorine dioxide for water disinfection. Chlorine dioxide is produced from diluted basic chemicals: hydrochloric acid (HCl 9%) and sodium chlorite (NaClO2 7.5%), which react in the reaction chamber to form the required chlorine dioxide. The chlorine dioxide produced by the LOTUS MINI is proportional to the circulating water flow or based on a set value - it is then dosed into the water flow. Chlorine dioxide is not stored, so there is no chlorine dioxide gas or concentrated solutions outside the application process. Multifunctional valves at the injection points ensure the safety of the reaction chamber. The basic chemicals are stored in tanks and fed into the reaction chamber via suction tubes. Built-in level switches automatically stop the pumps when the tanks are empty.
