LOTUS ULTRA is the largest chlorine dioxide generation system from EMEC, used wherever higher performance is required, for example in very large water treatment plants. Chlorine dioxide is produced from concentrated chemicals: hydrochloric acid (HCl 33%) and sodium chlorite (NaClO2 25%), which react with each other in a reaction chamber to form the required chlorine dioxide. Chlorine dioxide is not stored, so there is neither gaseous chlorine dioxide nor concentrated solutions outside the application process. Chlorine dioxide produced by LOTUS ULTRA is proportional to the circulating water flow or based on a set value, after which it is dosed into the water flow. Features: - Instantaneous production of ClO 2. - ClO 2 dosing in proportional mode. - Input for flow control (flow alarm). - Level control in the tank (level alarm). - Input for water meter. - Input for standby mode. - Real-time production data. - ClO2 sensor readings (LOTUS ULTRA SVCL2 - LOTUS ULTRA SVCL17). - Temperature sensor readings (sensor and accessories not included). - mV sensor readings (LOTUS ULTRA ERH). - Monitoring of SEFL pumps and flow sensors. - Permanent data storage with system data log (in the Log menu). - Maintenance interval. - LOTUS control unit. - HCl (red) and NaClO2 (blue) dosing pumps. - 2 dilution water pumps (grey). - 4 SEFL flow sensors as a safety measure. - MFKT/V multi-function valve as pressure, safety, anti-siphon and drain valve PVDF reaction chamber. - IP65 (NEMA4x) protection of the LOTUS control unit. - ENCODER wheel control. - Operating temperature: 0-45 °C (32-110 °F). - mA output.
