The JPD series plunger/piston metering pump is designed for high volume and high pressure dosing. The maximum pressure of the JPD series can reach 50 MPa. The piston on the liquid side is ceramic coated in AISI 316. The plunger assembly seal is made of PTFE compressed by an AISI 316 gland ring to ensure high pressure and long service life with minimal leakage. The JPD motor can be mounted either vertically or horizontally. Multiplex gearboxes with one motor drive and pump base are available. Features: The flow rate can be adjusted using a unique adjusting mechanism in the range of 0-100%; Adjustment can be made while the pump is running or stopped; Stable accuracy is ±1% in the range of 30%-100% of maximum capacity; Automatic operation is achieved by a variable speed drive; Special application for high or low temperatures is available with cooling jacket or heating jacket; Materials: Pump head: SS304, SS316; Pump casing: Cast iron; Plunger: Ceramic or SS316 with ceramic coating; Packing seal: PTFE and SS316 ring; Valves: SS304, SS316; Ball valve: SS304, SS316, ceramic; Power supply: Power: 3kW/4kW 4-pole motor. 380V 3 phase to standard or other voltage on request; motor in explosion-proof version available on request.
