Application of the pump: pumping loaded liquid, collecting filtrate, lifting contaminated liquid and wastewater from landfills from wells or reservoirs, discharging condensation wells, pumping waste water, even contaminated and loaded wastewater. The pumps must not be installed in explosive environments. Features: open the cast iron impeller to avoid clogging due to loaded liquid, filtrate from landfill and other small solids. Cast iron parts are electroplated to increase their stability. Viton seal. Aisi 316 stainless steel shaft; motor housing with AISI 304 (available on request from AISI 316). Electric pumps are manufactured with the included SK 4G1.5 electrical cable with a length of 5 meters. Motor: 2-pole asynchronous motor, 50 Hz, 2850 rpm. Class F insulation. IP68 protection. Operating voltage: single-phase 220V, three-phase 380V. The electric motor is cooled with a non-toxic, non-polluting liquid. The engine is protected by thermal switches that are resistant to temperatures up to 50 °C. Operating conditions: the pump cannot operate in dry conditions; the pump body is always fully connected; the temperature of the pumped liquid: minimum 0 °c-maximum 50 °C; non-freezing place; vertical working position; maximum number of starts per hour: 20.
