The HAUS F Series separators are a new generation of centrifugal separators specially designed for the beverage industry. Manufactured to process a variety of oils and beverages such as mango and pomegranate juice, coconut, tea, wine, vinegar, molasses, mandarin and orange peels. While F-Series separators with purifier and concentrator configurations are used to phase the feed product into phases, clarifier configuration separators remove organic and inorganic solids / contaminants contained in the product.
F-Series Separators in a clarifier configuration with high separation efficiency at the end of the purification process remove even the finest solids in the product. Thus, they reduce filtration needs and costs, providing savings in sectors where filtration is required. The F-Series Separators, in a purifier and concentrator configuration, perform product phase separation and are effective in removing particulate matter and contaminants in the product.
The drum parts of the HAUS F Series Separators are made of high quality stainless steel. To prevent clogging during discharge when handling products with high solids concentration, special solids discharge cyclones have been developed. The F-series separators are self-cleaning hygienic separators that can be partially filled automatically and completely emptied.
