Separator for cleaning bacteria MAXCLEAN BACTERIA 10T.
Designed specifically for cleaning bacteria. Its purpose is to remove organic and inorganic solids / pollutants contained in milk. Thanks to its recirculating pump and excellent design, it is effective for cleaning aerobic and anaerobic spore species, as well as cleaning bacterial and somatic cells MAXCLEAN BACTERIA with high efficiency reduces the number of spores and the total number of bacteria in milk, which leads to an increase in the shelf life and increase product quality.
The product is fed into a drum, where it is separated by a centrifugal force. The centrifugal force ensures the separation of bacteria and milk in accordance with the difference in density. Milk flows through small discontinuous discs, which lead to bacterial division.
Purified milk flows from the drum to the centrifugal pump and is extracted from the separator under pressure using a centrifugal pump. The counter-pressure valve in the exhaust pipe can be adjusted to adjust the liquid load in the drum.
