GH active dry yeast is made from specially selected high quality alcohol yeast strains and a special blend of minerals, vitamins and nutrients that are used for sugar fermentation and work perfectly in most conditions. It is a complex of yeast and nutrients specially developed for the production of alcohol with high fermentation rates and fermentation to high alcohol levels. Suitable for fermentation with alcohol concentration of 13~18%.
Application: suitable for fermentation at sugar concentration of 240-300 g/l. GH can be added directly or after activation. The dosage is 2-4g/L according to the volume of fermentation liquid, and 2-5g/L of fruit powder can be added together. The fermentation temperature was controlled within the range of 24~33°C. Fermentation was completed until the specific gravity of the fermenting wort was less than 0.990.
Store at a low temperature in a dry place, the shelf life is 18 months.
