Yeast for fruit brews – it is important to obtain and preserve the organoleptics of the raw materials: apples – for calvados, plums – for plum raki, cherries – for kirschwasser, etc. Special strains of yeast with a high tolerance to alcohol, as well as the necessary set of nutrients will allow you to prepare the optimal brew to obtain a bright fruit distillate. At the same time, we do not recommend using specialized fruit yeast for grape brew, since grape juice often already has all the necessary nutrients and additional ones can only negatively affect the taste qualities of the distillate.
