Application: prepare a solution of sugar in water (about 5% sugar) 10-15 times the weight of the required yeast or diluted grape juice (1/3 grape juice and 2/3 water), adjust the temperature to 35-40°C. Dissolve the yeast to be used in the cooking solution, let it stand for about 15 minutes, then slowly stir for 5 minutes. Add the yeast solution mixture to the grape juice to ferment and mix evenly.
