They have a high fermentation rate, the ability to absorb maltotriose, a mild taste and a good essential aroma. Especially suitable for fermentation of single malt whiskey.

Dosage: 0.5 -1.0 G / L
How to use: rehydrate the yeast in 5-10 times the volume of warm water or low-concentration wort (mix 1/3 of the fermented wort and 2/3 of the water) at 22-30°C and leave for 7-15 minutes. Stir gently again and then leave for another 10-15 minutes. Pour into the fermenter.
