The price is for 1 package - 0.5 kg. Yeast W 008 is a typical yeast used for brewing "German" and "Belgian" wheat beer . They are highly attenuated and produce a balance of fruit esters and typical clove phenols of wheat beer . They show low flocculation, slow sedimentation, and the end result of a beer with a smooth finish .

Attenuation: 83-90%
Alcohol tolerance: 10% vol.
Flocculation: low
Sandimentation: slow
Fermentation strength: moderate, fast start of fermentation
Notes: fermentation time and taste characteristics depend on the nutrients of the wort , seeding rate and fermentation temperature .
Dosage:
From 50 to 100 g/ HL , it is possible to increase the dosage of yeast in difficult fermentation conditions .
Application: pour the yeast into a 10-fold amount of boiled water at a temperature of 30-35°C in a sterile container . Leave on for 15-20 minutes . Stir gently until the yeast is completely dissolved , and leave for another 5 minutes to complete rehydration . The rehydration process should not exceed 30 minutes . Add the rehydrated yeast to the fermentation tank . The temperature difference between inoculated wort and rehydrated yeast should not exceed 10° C.
