Technological design is the development of technological solutions necessary for work related to the construction of new (reconstruction of existing) enterprises. Technological design includes the introduction of new approaches, which subsequently ensure the release of a high-quality product, the organization of all stages of production and the completion of construction within the planned period. Technological design optimizes the consumption of all resources that are used in the design work. It differs significantly from other types of design, management and organization, as well as the decisions made.
All types of design have their own tasks and ultimate goals. The main task of technological design is the development of optimal solutions that make it possible to make the project economical and beneficial for all project participants. This circumstance, accordingly, requires certain correct decisions. For example: a project for the reconstruction of a production workshop that needs to be modernized, new advanced technologies are being introduced, more economical equipment is being installed, and the work of all production areas is being optimized. Accordingly, some equipment (sometimes almost all) will be dismantled, taking into account their wear and tear, production areas will be increased (sometimes combined).
Thus, the developed technological project will be aimed at the optimal use of labor resources and the reconstructed volume of production workshops. Technological design will allow you to quickly introduce new production chains that will allow you to manage the production of automated process control systems and minimal human presence (or even without it), taking into account the savings of the customer's money. Technological design is an integral part of many projects aimed at modernization, reconstruction, introduction of more advanced technologies in full compliance with production safety.
