Technological and energy audit

The company "BTS Engineering" provides services for technological and energy audit of enterprises.

Technological audit - monitoring the state of production technology at an existing enterprise. During the audit, the conformity of the state of the technology at the time of the audit with the advanced achievements in a particular direction is assessed. At the end of the audit, a report is drawn up and specific proposals for the development, optimization or complete replacement of the existing technology at the enterprise, installation of more advanced equipment are substantiated.

Technological audit or technical consultations do not eliminate problems with the production (technology) of the customer enterprise; it does not eliminate all the shortcomings of technological equipment and does not automatically bring profit.

Energy audit - measuring the profitability of the use of fuel and energy resources (FER) and developing recommendations for its improvement.

Purpose of an energy audit:

• assessment of the use of energy resources, the rationality and validity of energy saving measures taken by the customer of the energy audit;
• determination of the actual specific costs of fuel and energy resources and the ratio to the normative ones;
• determination of reasonable methods for the use of fuel and energy resources, the introduction of energy-saving measures and the modernization of energy management;
• exclusion of unjustified costs for energy-saving measures;
• establishment of reasonable volumes of consumption of fuel and energy resources;
• solution of problems related to the efficient use of fuel and energy resources in each individual case, determined by the customer, based on his requirements.

The main stages of the audit:

• I. data collection;
• II. analysis;
• III. making report.

The finished audit report must be provided to the management of the customer enterprise. Based on the results of the audit, specific decisions are made, fixed in the action plan, and because of it, the planned actions are implemented.
