Taking into account the package of above suggested measures, it seems to be reasonable to the Contractor to refuse from the operated technology of periodical thermal decontamination of equipment, and supply lines of raw-alcohol fermentation cycle (Fermentation No2) by means of steam with temperature rate of 150…170оС.
The scheme of CONSTANT dosing of “FRIKONT” antiseptics into the wash is offered to be realized for mash contamination control; 1g of antiseptics is proposed to be added per 1m3 of mash.
The implementation of this measure requires development of engineering design documentation for AUTOMATIC dosing system of antiseptics. Equipment and installation costs of such system are taken based on the similar project data.
Measure operation demands operating investments for antiseptics purchase. Measure implementation resulting economic benefit lies in reduce of steam consumption for process needs.
